Guidelines

The Joint Task Force on Practice Parameters GRADE guidelines support clinicians and patients in the medical management of CRSwNP.¹ The most recent complete guidelines were published in 2014.¹ Updated guidelines published in 2022 consider current evidence for the use of intranasal corticosteroids (INCS) and biologics but not surgery or other alternative management options.¹
