Guidelines

The Joint Task Force on Practice Parameters GRADE guidelines support clinicians and patients in the medical management of CRSwNP.1 The most recent complete guidelines were published in 2014.1 Updated guidelines published in 2022 consider current evidence for the use of intranasal corticosteroids (INCS) and biologics but not surgery or other alternative management options.1
